Pi is a philosophical lesson

Numerically, pi is 3.14159, plus some. The plus some is a series of digits that continues infinitely in a sequence that doesn’t repeat, ever. In this infinite sequence of seemingly random digits we find pi’s greatest lesson: While pi can be understood theoretically it can never be grasped in its entirety, thus reminding us that knowing, wholly, is an impossibility. This is why every Piece of π is tagged with the words plus some - as a gentle reminder that the wisest among us only know how little we know.

Piece of π

Piece of π is a collection of generative art consisting of 3141 pieces that are a visualization of the digits of pi. Each digit is drawn as an individually colored circle, and depending on whether the digit is even or uneven, the circle is either drawn as an outline or as a filled circle, as illustrated below. There are 6 different color palettes:

Piece of π has four rarity traits i.e. Color palette, Number of digits, Is perfect square and Last two digits.

The Piece of π metadata and images are stored on IPFS (and pinned through pinata.cloud) just like this single page website. The smart contract has not been audited but is based on OpenZeppelin contracts, and the source code has been uploaded to etherscan. This should ensure that you not only get beautiful generative art, but also a rug free experience.
